Laboratory Safety Training

REM Training

Complete the following trainings:

• The Hazard Communication Program: This is a short, 15 minute video training. Once complete, please fill out the Qualtrics Survey and list Emjai Gregory (egregor@purdue.edu) as your supervisor for purposes of record keeping.
• Everyone in a lab with a CHP must successfully complete the Laboratory Safety Fundamentals. This may require you register a new account at this site. The LSF course is at the very bottom of the list on the Vivid website.  You are also required to take the LSF refresher annually. 
• Chemical Hygiene Plan: Read the PDF and sign a document (pg. 83).
• Sign and date the attached document and send it back to Doug Schmitt.
