I am a senior majoring in Earth, Atmospheric and Planetary sciences and it is my privilege to join Dr. Zhuang’s research lab this year. My goals are to gain valuable research experience in climate modeling and biogeochemical dynamics. I hope to pursue my higher education by completing a PhD in Atmospheric Sciences after finishing my bachelor's degree at Purdue.

In the spring of 2011 I received a bachelor's of the science degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Science, as well as a bachelor's of the arts degree in English from Purdue University, and in August of the same year I began working in the Ecosystem and Biogeochemical Dynamics Lab under Dr. Qianlai Zhaung. I joined Dr. Zhuang's lab in order to become involved in academic research related to climate change and biogeochemical processes. I am interested in the relationship between human decision making and climate, and plan to enter a graduate program in this area in the fall of 2012.
