Prof. Zhuang awarded for research

Continuing a streak of more than five years, a Department of Earth, Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences faculty member was honored at the University's Faculty Awards Convocation.
At the annual event, the Office of the Executive Vice President for Research and Partnerships and the Office of the Provost present several awards recognizing Purdue University’s most prestigious research achievements. Qianlai Zhuang, Professor of Earth, Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences, received a Research and Scholarship award for his service to the University at this year's event.
Prof. Zhuang has published seven scholarly articles in 2016, and more than 100 during his career. His research topics include interactions among atmosphere, biosphere, and human dimension in the context of climate change, chemical element cycles and policy-making.
